Leilah Devi has been a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor since April 2015, and has been teaching and training private clients, large and small groups in hardstyle kettlebell technique, classes combining kettlebells and yoga, weight lifting, bodyweight training, mobility and fitness since December of 2014. Working as part of a team in a woman-owned and -run gym, Leilah has a focus on training for women. With over a thousand hours of coaching under her belt, Leilah also applies principles learned in yoga studies to her strength training instruction. The emphasis is therefore on great form, proper technique, strong focus, and safe, sustainable, and effective methods. With an eye for detail and a compassionate yet firm and straightforward approach, Leilah can help you achieve your strength and physique goals.
